ARTICLE I — DECLARATION OF INTENT

ARTICLE II — OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMMITTED
By signing this contract, I solemnly commit to the following obligations:
Daily Presence: I will complete at least one challenge every single day, without exception, regardless of mood, circumstance, or motivation level.
No Excuses: I will not allow temporary discomfort, fatigue, or distraction to justify inaction. Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.
Radical Honesty: I will track my progress truthfully and face my results — good or bad — with full accountability.
Continuous Growth: I will push beyond my comfort zone. Growth lives outside of comfort.
Long-term Vision: I commit not just to today, but to the version of myself I am building over months and years. This is a lifestyle, not a temporary fix.
ARTICLE III — ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DIFFICULTY
I acknowledge that this journey will not always be easy. There will be days when I do not want to show up. There will be moments of doubt, fatigue, and failure. I accept these as part of the process and commit to continuing regardless. Every time I choose to push through, I become stronger.
ARTICLE IV — FINAL DECLARATION
